mojoMETER, is part of the TONIC group and was created in 2017 to meet an increasing demand for wellbeing and resilience metrics in the education sector. Since then, we have worked with schools, colleges, local authorities and the private sector on a variety of projects and developed our dashboard and survey applications to reflect the needs of modern educational institutions. Although much of our work has focused on children and young people, we are increasingly being asked to apply our approach to the workplace. We have developed a range of research tools that analyse data from customised smart surveys in schools, colleges, universities and the work environment.
